Production & delivery

Takes 7-20 days (depends on the design of the jacket) to make your jacket(s), followed by photoshoot sharing. Up on your approval, order is dispatched.

Production process

01. Digital illustration

The creative team and design consultants work together to make a digital illustration based on the customer's ideas, and sharing it with the production team after approval by the customer.

04. Cutting & construction

Cut the leather/fabric according to the paper pattern and stitch them by experienced craftsmen.

02. Pattern making

The production team creates the paper pattern based on the digital illustration, supporting pictures and text.

05. Embroidery, printing & accessories

If custom project involves embroidery, printing or metal accessory, it is sent to the respective department after stitching.

03. Leather/fabric making

Get the leather/fabric customer chosen ready and examine each leather/fabric.

06. Washing & QC

Through our professional washing process, the leather jacket will be softer and more comfortable for wearing, and brighter than the original leather texture. Check every detail of jacket(s) by our quality control team.

1. Can I provide the sample or pictures for custom-made?

Yes. Pala Leather provides specific custom services. If you have unique one that really want to get, we can make it based on the jacket sample or picture.

2. How long does it take to make my jacket(s)?

It usually takes 7-20 days to finish your jacket(s) after placing the order, the specific time depending on the process involved in your order.

3. Can I get after-sale services?

Yes. You get a lifetime warranty for the jackets you purchase from PalaLeather.

4. Can I get a return or exchange?

Yes. You can return it within 7 days of receipt. However, the refund will be 30%-50% of the custom price, 100% refund might not be accessible since the custom-made jacket has special size or designs which is highly personal.

5. Can it be shipped worldwide? What’s the estimate time of arrival?

Yes, we support shipping worldwide. The delivery time is generally 5-7 days in the continental United States, and 7-10 days in other countries (remote areas depend on the situation).
